Q: Reading a little on Andrew Peller (ADW.a) and I notice their 6 month performance for 2016 exceedingly outperforms the 6 months performance in 2015 (99 cents eps vs 65 cents eps). Is this outperformance a result of a one time item?

I ask because if their back half of 2016 can approach their first 6 month numbers, the stock looks very attractive, in my opinion, especially if they can take their 2016 earnings and continue to grow from there.

Q: Hi Peter/Ryan and Team, can you please clarify your earlier response on Shopify, 'There was also concern about the stock lock up coming off, putting more shares on the market'. When and how many are coming off lock up please? Also, because of this, in your opinion will there be more down side pressure on the stock when it reports results next, which is when? Can you please provide details of forward looking earnings, cash flow, sales, etc and consensus?

Q: I am somewhat surprised, and little upset at the comment "WCP has cut its dividend, and we almost took it out of the model portfolio last month" of Feb. 10/16. With this environment currently most energy companies have cut their dividend to survive.
Agree CEO has sold holdings however still has in excess of 3 million shares. Also TD continues to recommend, for its action portfolio.
Just wondering on your thoughts going forward.

Q: I had asked a question earlier regarding Bonds vs. Bond ETF's. I am still unclear on how to assure the return of my capital with an ETF or any Bond fund. I understand the income side but if the ETF value drops there is no capital return like there is with an actual Bond. - If I have $100k to invest in Bonds is my capital not much safer with 5 laddered high quality bonds than with an ETF. Is there any way to purchase a bundle of bonds and allow them to mature? or is there a similar fixed income investment that preserves the capital value - thanks for your help.

Q: Insiders have sold more than 13 million dollars of WCP in the last year with a huge sell at 12 dollars in Dec. Its hard to have confidence in this company with this going on. CEO has sold over half his position alone in the last year according to INK insider on TD website. This may help answer some of your members questions about WCP and its performance.Comments please?

Q: As this seems to be a pretty popular topic today. A potentially profitable trade on this security is selling the $10 July puts for .55 cents. This will give the seller the right to buy the stock at $10 and have .55 cents in their pocket already for a potentially effective purchase price on AQN of $9.45.

Think that might be of interest, who wouldn't want AQN at $9.45 if the stock closes below $10 on expiry date?

Q: If Canada was to implement negative interest rates, do you think banks would pass this cost on and increase borrowing rates? I just started ZRE positions in several accounts and am wondering if this would have a material impact on the value of reits, or do you think the possible effect is already priced in. I get real nervous thinking what the effect would be on mortgage rates. What do you think? Thank you

Please provide your views on whether this is an opportunity to add based on information currently out there concerning a move to take the company private.
