Q: LIF has yet to send out a circular for shareholders to consider and vote on changing the Articles of Incorporation. Today in the Globe and Mail, David Taylor of Taylor Asset Mgmt has recommended LIF as a turnaround pick given the significant premium it receives for hits higher-grade ore favoured by China's steel mills. He also suggests Rio Tinto PLC may sell it's 59% stake in IOC or take it public which could be a possible catalyst for LIF and that LIF could be a takeover candidate by someone interested in IOC. Would purchasing the 59% stake in IOC if it became available be the transaction LIF board has been hinting at for the reason to change it's articles of incorp as it seems like more of the same income and do you think LIF could be a takeover candidate?
Thank you.

Q: Hej
Whenever I look up a stock, I love to study the one year chart
Would it be too labor intensive to show the one year chart on any stock?
A very small chart would be fabulous!!!
Think about it
Thanks
Juri

Q: I’m sure that you’re as upset as the members about RHT. I’ve made money with your service and am very happy overall especially because in this case I stuck with your weighting recommendation.

This is a question regarding why you put RHT in the balanced portfolio? Hindsight of course is 20/20 but as a growth play, it probably should have been in the growth portfolio. If it were, many the members might be a little harder on themselves rather than you folks.

Q: I know you have reservations about the company's history and certain individuals, but momentum has been good recently. On Oct. 17 at midday, about 120,000 shares ($1 million) traded in a few minutes, which I assume was an institutional order. Total volume for the day was near 600,000 shares, which has only occurred a few other times earlier this year, when the share price was much lower. Are you aware of any increasing institutional interest in VMD?

Q: Are these etf's better to be held in registered accounts for tax purposes. Since there will be ROC when sold, how difficult is it to calculate or are tax forms supplied with that info upon sale. I'd like yo add it to my non registered account to collect the nice dividends but worried about how to handle after a sale. Thanks

Q: Hi Team, sold my shares of RHT this morning. Transferring remaining capital from sale to US RRSP for another healthcare name. Someone on T.V last night was screaming Medtronic for a buy ,from my own readings and research I see Stryker as a good choice. Between the 2 which has a better growth profile. Which would you choose. I own ABBV and BDX for a total healthcare exposure of 17%. I Thank-you in advance! Like usual,......Great work team! Sam
