Q: Hi, I see that you're big fans of TVK. It's skyrocketing. Is it too late to get in? Why is it skyrocketing and what might be a good entry price? Merci!

Q: Hi There,
Could you please comment on the differences between these 2 companies including software product/services, revenue and profit growth going forward, acquisition strategies, overall valuation.
Is it prudent to own both for growth in a diversified portfolio or too much overlap?
Ok thanks so much!

Q: Good afternoon 5i staff
To a question concerning the possibility of inflation and David Rosenberg’s reaction to that, you said:
For Canada, we like XSB, and for the US we like SHY.
I hope I am not quoting you out of context here. But, I was wondering whether you were saying that ´supposing ‘ an inflationary environment, we would choose these. Or, whether you meant that we would be facing an inflationary environment and these would be the best choice. In other words, in your opinion, which would be the best choice for today for a permanent allotment to bond funds, short term or longer, such as xsb and agg.?
Thanks

Q: could i have your take on latest earnings- company seems to be on the upswing - potential as a traditional +renewable ?
Q: I'm trying to get my head around EQB . I've read 5i's analysis of the company but the part I don't understand is why would " Joe Sixpack " go to them for a car loan or to renew their mortgage rather than one of the big six ? ...... Not to mention I suspect " Joe Sixpack " has never heard of them . I also don't understand why or what a Credit Union would use them for ? ..... Could 5i explain just who their market is ? And why using EQB would be more attractive than a mainstream financial institution ? Thanks for your terrific service .......
Q: stock continues to have strong mometum and looks good on paper. could i have your opinion please.
Q: Hello,
Can I get your evaluation of the current circumstances. Since November 11th these stocks have dropped significantly all while bitcoin has increased significantly from that same date. It does not seem like their share price is directly correlated with the price of bitcoin which is odd as they mine bitcoin.
Thank you

Q: Besides TSLA and GOOG, what would be some companies that will benefit the most from autonomous vehicles?
Q: Dear Peter et al:
I know you don't like to predict and set price targets. But with VRT/NVDA on a tear, surely one has to have a floor and a ceiling price target? I know they are your high conviction long term favorites.
I ask this question with a specific trade strategy on mind. Take a position with say 200 shares. Write a call, just one contract each. Even if one gets called away, I will have the other 100 shares to capture the price appreciation.
Any words of wisdom on this strategy? Price targets?
Thank you for your answer.

Q: With brokers now offering partial shares, it seems that I can purchase U.S. stocks as CDRs or as partial shares.
Please compare these options in terms of liquidity, fees or other considerations.

Q: Hi team ,
Clbt has really jumped from the $17 up to the $20 level just in the last couple days . Do you feel if a person wanted to buy some shares we should now wait for a pullback day ? Or do you feel it might just keep going higher? Was there any news that would explain the big jump in the last few days?
Thanks ,
Shane

Q: Good afternoon 5i team,
Following MDI's acquisition of all shares of Explomin Perforacio, lately, will this add to their bottom line, will the synergies be well viewed by the market? MDI is "cheap" and this acquisition does not seem to be much of a catalyst as viewed by the market! Should I move on and would you view a similar company as a better option?
Many thanks,
Jean

Q: Greetings 5i,
Are dividends from this ETF eligible for the CDN dividend tax credit?
I have flipped through the prospectus and other available reading material on the ishares website and can't find the answer to this seemingly simple question.
Thank you as always
