Q: Do you regret of not having Stars Group and Andrew Peller back in the portfolios this year with their very positive performances? In addition, on my question of the best inversed (betting on the stock market going down) ETF, what is SH in your answer?

Q: Hello Peter,
Any idea why Andrew Peller has surged in the last month. Everyday it goes up a little amounting to a sizable increase over a month? Also, can you see a case for a company like Andrew Peller to form joint ventures with Cannibis companies to create a wine/cannibis combination? Covalon Technologies has done well this year but I would have thought with their recent numbers, I would have expected the surge in price to continue. Also, when some companies beat the numbers, they barely move while others take off. Is this because the market thinks the former is not a true growth story and with with time if the company continues to do well, the market finally realizes the story . Finally, i just wanted to add that your service in terms of information and timely responses is truly appreciated and sincere wishes for the holiday season. Many many thanks.

Q: Morning,

Your thoughts on whether legalized cannibas sales will eat into other discretionary revenue streams such as beer and wine? Does the overall revenue pie get bigger or does the liquor industry lose out or a bit of both?

Q: In the true spirit of the holidays I would appreciate your opinion on the three wine/spirit companies that have done very well over the last year. What is your top pick? Or should I just buy smaller holdings of each?

Q: Could I get your opinion on DWS, ADW.A and CSW.A?

It looks like DWS is extremely undervalued by the market. Has traded sideways for the last 6 months but recently broke out.

Many Thanks!

Q: What are your thoughts on Outlook for Savaria, Grande West and Andrew Peller.
I see a Report from last year on Andrew Peller. Where do you see this Company going in the Long Run.
And How would you rate this Companies on Growth Potential.

Q: Greetings.

Can I get you guys to comment on Andrew Peller and Park Lawn earnings? It looks like Park Lawn would have been a significant beat excluding the "one time" costs, and Andrew Peller fairly solid results?

Any red flags regarding earnings, and would you consider adding to a 3% position on ADW.a and a 2% position on PLC?

Thanks again. Please feel free to charge 2 question credits for the above 2 questions.

Q: Hi, can you rank the following companies as long term hold potential taking into account current valuations. I am looking to start positions in all companies I am just not sure which ones to start with.

Also, I feel like there is so much noise about moving away from oil that buying ENB long term can be a bad portfolio decision. Can you also comment on this. I am 30 and don't plan on selling anything any time soon.

Q: My belief is that you earn more with quiet, boring, steadily growing stocks than ones with a lot of fast rises and fast drops. I like a certain degree of stability which does not include dropping 10% or so when the stock misses earnings slightly, such as Enercare has done today, for example (a stock I considered boring). Which Canadian stocks do you think best fit this category? Or do any?
