Q: I keep hearing so many positive reports about the management team at TOU. I've held it for a while and I'm down 15%. It's about 10% of my holdings (I know ...too high !!!). I have a 10 year horizon so time is on my side. Gas prices don't seem to want to move and listening to guests on BNN you always get 2 or 3 different stories. What's the real deal on TOU ? Sell or Hold ?

Q: I believe in never being 100% out of any sector. That said my oil and gas weighting is now 6%. FRU,WCP,and CPG each making up 2%.Do you think this is too high at this time in cycle? My main concern is CPG and its new "Shelf Prospectus" that really is being taken viewed as a negative today. My cost base is $32. I like its div. but I'm curious as to whether this is news is helpful or harmful to its value going forward. Thanks

Q: You previously indicated that you like PEY but your last commentary on this stock was in mid-April. Since then PEY was on steady decline loosing over 20% of value... I wonder what's your current opinion of Peyto: is it a buying opportunity after decline or is it hold or sell? I am currently down 10% on PEY and it is about 2.5% of my portfolio (total O&G is 12%).
Thanks.

Q: I have a small position in RMP. With it's constant decline, how would you value it now? Would it be a good buying opportunity?

Thank you,

Q: Are you aware of any companies that are involved in disruptive technology that would increase productivity in the oil and gas sector in western Canada? With the possibility of prolonged low oil prices, energy companies that embrace change could still be profitable.

Q: If PRE is at such a high risk because of high debt, why would ALFA (& consortium)not wait for default to buy the company? If PRE is at such high default risk, why would O'Hara try to scuttle the $6.50/share buy out for a "worthless" company? Why did PRE not make a good faith effort to seek further buy out bidders? Presumably ALFA values PRE as an entity that will provide future profits, so why does the consortium not offer existing shareholders a stake in the ALFA consortium as part of the take over? I understand there is a "market", but the convolution around this affair is perplexing for someone without experience in such high stakes deals. I know these are tough questions, that someone who remembers Shakespeare, might venture to vaguely answer themselves [incorrectly(?)], but would you kindly share your financial expertise? Thank you...
