Q: After market closed on Dec 22,GWR announced a standstill agreement with Levine Investments,W Levine & A Cohn.Please advise briefly what is this agreement & its impact on GW.GWR did drop 0.36 (3.05%)today.Your brief opinion on GWR. Q: It has been almost two years since your last thoughts on this very interesting company.

It has recently spiked on some heavy volume on no news that I am aware of.

Q: Before the split, an old PHM share was worth ~31 cents and post split (1 new PHM @ 21 cents and 1/10 VMD @ 30 cents - 1 share currently $3.00) that share is now worth ~51 cents. Is my math correct in that the shares basically increased by 20 cents or 64.5% post split? if yes, can you explain why such a big increase. Thanks

Q: Thanks for the update on why weed is going up today based on the announcement in California. Why is this affecting Canadian stocks? Also, are there names in US that one can speculate on that are like weed and APH in Canada? Gas stocks in Canada seem to be tied to oil price. Lately, oil is going up but BIR and TOU hardly move. I am almost to the point of throwing in the towel for Canadian names given the political climate in Canada with regards to energy and pipelines. Any comments? Thanks again.

Q: My "loss leaders" are CPG and ERF. My gainers are SU, HSE and CNQ. (Because of the entry prices) Should I sell my "losers" CPG/ERF and plough the proceeds in SU/CNQ? Or simply hold them till the recovery in the sector takes place? Or buy HWO which I own which is in slightly positive territory? Or any other company that you would suggest in the Oil/Gas sector? Like the pipelines.
