Q: What are your views on TD earnings and what lies ahead? Stock performance is very disappointing. How long do you think it will take for TD to surface and start moving upwards. Looking for a view over the next 3 - 12 months or will it take longer than this? I guess I should ask how much lower you think it might go? When should buyers start buying?

Q: Lithium Americas is hitting new lows.
Keep watching and waiting, or time to start buying?
I’d appreciate your thoughts. Thanks as always.

Q: While interest rate predictions remain a big factor for most REIT, biggest concern for me when do big debt maturities are due for this Co. Can you please advise from that perspective whether NWH is able to defer it for longer terms or are they very vulnerable ?
Q: Hello Peter,
Would you pick some after the bought deal? The deal is above the current price and being used to retire debt.
Would appreciate your assessment.

Rajiv

Q: I am underwhelmed with my health sector holdings - ABBV and IHI - both of which have been recently underperforming the market. I have held each for several years in a cash account and they are up 20% and 50%, respectively. I would appreciate your go forward recommendation on both, balancing future prospects, tax consequences and alternative (i.e. faster growing) investments in this sector. Hold or sell? And if sell, replace with what? Thank you.
Q: Propel continues to drop post earnings despite very good earnings and outlook. What do you make of this? I saw some insider sales recently but I assume that is to be expected after a large run up? Should I keep accumulating in this range what is the forward valuation now? Thanks
Q: Your thoughts on the future of this company. Is it a buy, hold or sell?
Q: Sorry to ask again but I am puzzled. You had indicated a forward PE of 10.5 for propel holdings. Mr Donville mentioned in an interview stock is now expensive. How is a PE of 10 for small cap growth company expensive? Much appreciated.
Q: Greetings again 5i Team,
I recently asked a question concerning the content of four 'Dream' TFSA portfolios. However, I had intended that the four portfolios contain an increasing number of securities (four, six, eight and ten) and not an increasing period for the securities to be held.
Although I found the answer to be informative, can you take another crack at my question with the # of securities as the defining factor.
Thank you again for this terrific service.

Q: What would your four 'Dream' TFSA portfolios (all Cdn companies) be comprised of today at: four, six, eight and ten securities respectively?
Sector diversification not necessary for my question and they need not be dividend paying securities either.

Q: June 25th - Inclusion rates go up.
Do you think that there might be some profit taking from now up to that date?
Maybe the number of people making a profit >$250K on selling shares isn't enough to nudge the market.
Cheers

Q: Could you make sense of the quarterly earnings. The street liked the results in the post market last night and then after sleeping on it the price reversed course significantly in the other direction.
Q: I'm considering starting half a position in TD. How does its current valuation compare to historical averages?
I read your response to a question where you say that TD is the cheapest of the bank stocks in Canada. How far out of sync is its valuation compared to its peers?

Q: Hi Peter, Can I get your thoughts on Grey Wolf Animal Health Corp latest financial results. Also would you consider adding to a small speculative position in the company.
Q: Hi Peter, Ryan, and Team,
What do you think about the Buffer ETFs offered by BMO? Are they suitable for a retired investor who wants some downside protection and is comfortable with limited returns in a strong market scenario? Are their AUMs adequate to consider a purchase? BMO has three such ETFs: ZAPR, ZJAN, and ZOCT. Or are there other 'better' ETFs that have lower MERs, as the three cited have rather hefty MERs?
Thanks as always for your insight.

Q: Hi 5i!
Can you comment ELF earnings? Trying to understand the 19% rally vs different price target cut.
Thank you,

Q: Can you please comment on investiability or otherwise of the following companies by ranking them from 1-10. Thanks
Q: Dear 5i
I'm currently lacking in international stocks and ETF's and am overweight on Canadian investments .
Does the Canadian market look better right now or is now a good time to take the plunge and buy an international ETF such as VIU as a means to better balance the portfolio ?
Thanks
Bill C
