Q: My tech portfolio includes the above plus full positions of SHOP, KXS and CSU. I am looking at topping up one of the above. At current prices which would you choose and why? The aim of this portfolio is growth with moderate stabiliy.

Q: Stocks in your model portfolios. TNC - when is this takeover going to be completed? It seems like it is taking a long time.
ITC - this stock is the majority of the time under $2.00 and for the short period of time that it goes above $2.00, everyone hits the sell button and it goes back below $2.00. Should I be hitting the sell button the next time it gets over $2.00 because it is the worst performing stock in my portfolio. PEO - also has over the last two months been another under-performer and so should I get out of it? Thank you for your good service Dennis.

Q: In my technology sector I hold CSU, ABT,ITC, KXS, MDA and OTEX. These stocks share equal weights except for Constellation (CSU) is up more than 300% and is now taking up 30% of my 15.5% weighting in this sector. Although I do not want to sell CSU, should I be looking at rebalancing and replacing perhaps half of my CSU with another tech stock? If so, would you suggest a new one or recommend adding to one or more that I already have. Thank you for your views on this.

Q: I want to buy ITC but have two outstanding research questions. First what is the overall level of insider ownership and where can I find this information for Canadian companies. Second, management's major concern seems to be around "...increased competition ..based on the decision by Qualcomm to expand their sales through a relationship with Arrow electronics...[who] now distributes select Snapdragon processors ...that will compete with Intrinsyc." Is there any way to quantify or estimate the effect on this on Intrinsyc's most recent quarter and on revenues going forward? Or more generally, how would you think about this? Q: I would like to add a few small cap "seed" positions that have the potential of growing a at a rate of 25% plus per year, i.e. essentially a triple+ in 5 yr. I already own PHO and ITC and am interested in GSY, PEO, BUS and PTE. Could you rank these equities (staring from highest growth rate) and include any other small cap candidates that I have not considered that fit the criteria.

Q: Hi 5i - I have a well balanced portfolio with good performance thanks to you good folks at 5i.
