Q: Could you give your thoughts on Sandvine. I hold a small position, and not sure what is the best direction to take. Do I sell at todays price or hold until final bid price is set. Is there a chance both offers fall through, another offer come in or the share price drops. Thank you.

Q: Sandvine has spiked 9% today to $4.26. That is now well above the $3.80 takeover offer. Has another offer come in ?
Q: Sandvine has purchase offer at 3.80 from vector capital....made May 29 with 42 day for other offers....stock today went up to over 4.00. Any idea why can't find info on other interest....
Q: I have a small position in SVC. Given that you think SVC is unlikely to get a better offer, do you think its best to sell after the recent 22% gain, or hold on for another year or two?

Q: I note that buyouts are increasing among the small cap stocks. Today alone Lumenpulse and Canam are going private at nice premiums. IRD also gone this month. I am not sure if this is the start of a trend. Are there any companies you would consider as buy-out targets in the next 9 months? I have my eye on Ten Peaks.

Q: I currently have 1/2 positions in MSL,CPH and SVC. MSL and CPH look like dead money with not a lot of growth potential going forward. SVC looks okay. I'm looking to enter a full position with PHO using proceeds from the sale of MSL and CPH (I would keep SVC for now and monitor). For heath care representation in my portfolio, I have a full position in GUD already (thanks 5i)! For a growth oriented portfolio, will this be a good move 3-5 years out? What do you consider an attractive entry point for PHO?
