Do you have any further thoughts on how Magna will be affected by Trump's "Made in America" policies now that he has been inaugurated and started to hold meetings with car manufacturers?

Q: I have a 2% position in Lyondellbasell Industries. I bought it as an RBC Top Pick but it never went anywhere and I'm now even on my purchase price with gains only on the dividend. What is your opinion on this stock moving forward and would a switch into Dow Chemical be a better opportunity for growth + dividend? Thanks

Q: It has been since last summer since you commented on WBA. Do you like this a go-to name in consumer staples? Outside of Jean Coutu, there really isn't an equivalent any longer in Canada, is it worthwhile to hold long-term? Divi is only about 1.8%

Q: As we get older we are thinking of making our portfolio less volatile. Therefore, we have been thinking of eliminating cyclical stocks, such as energy, companies like Agrium. Do you think this is the best route, or would you prefer, as I think you do, hold a smaller percentage of cyclical stocks? Also, would you consider a company like Finning, which is related to the energy sector in many ways, as a cyclical stock?

Q: Hello 5iTeam
RBC has just announced a IPO for Northwest Healthcare Properties REIT fir $10.10. Would you consider this comparable to Chartwell or Sienna and which would you prefer or just stay away from Healthcare altogether?

Q: I have about 22% of my portfolio in tech and would like to trim back. QCOM makes up about 3.1% of the total and NVDA, 4.3%. At this point would you sell one of these or sell some of each?

BTW, my other tech holdings are: CSU (3.8%) KXS (2.4%) SHOP (4.2%) GOOGL (3.5%)

Q: With the kerfuffle over QCOM I noticed there is talk about the buyout of NXPI not going through. Further some analysts are bringing NXPI's price target down. One part of me likes the arbitrage between the two. So 2 questions. What does NXPI look like to you on a stand alone basis and what do you think of trading out of NXPI into QCOM over a period of time?
