Q: An equal number of shares of BAM and BAMR are being held in my portfolio. They have been considered economically equivalent, with a small premium on BAMR initially. Today, BAMR is performing much stronger than BAM.
What is the reason for disparity in the performance? Please kindly predict which one will have a superior performance for a longer term. Thank you for your great service. Bill.

Q: Goeasy's loan book has grown from $30 million to $1.8 billion during the last ten years and is projecting to reach $3 billion by 2023. Given the high interest rates charged by the company (19.99% for home equity loan, 24.99% for auto loan, and 29.99% for personal loan based on their website), it's hard for me to understand how any borrower can afford such a high rate and the sustainability of their business model. Can you please shed some light? What will happen to the company's business when a severe recession hits or housing market crashes?

Thanks.

Q: I hold Real Matters. in a TFSA. It's down big time. Bought at $20. Like to hold for the long term but thinking of selling 50% of the holdings and adding to FSV.T and KXS-T. Or should I sell 100 % of REAL and move on . Your thoughts .

Q: Bought MG about two months ago and down 15%. I suspect in part it's due to the global chip shortage. If this is indeed the case, I am not reassured by NVDA's recent comment that they anticipate the chip shortage to last through to the end of 2022. To what do you attribute the decline...and when - and why - would you anticipate a turnaround? Is MG a buy, sell or hold? Thank you.
