Q: I'm a little surprised at the market's reaction to Savaria's earnings. They missed on earnings, and yet the stock is up 8% in trading. Several analysts had been saying the stock was already fully or even overpriced, so I would have expected a retreat here. What am I missing?

Q: Greetings, Peter and Co.
I have been trying to evaluate the MacDonald Dettwiler-Digital Globe merger. The termination fee arrangements appear to be compelling for Digital Globe and punitive for MDA. The SEDAR filing appears to require a much larger break fee for MDA and there appear to be many events that could trigger the $150 million break fee.
Can you clarify if this agreement is as bad as I interpret it to be?
My family and I are MDA investors and were considering adding to our holdings.
