Q: The quarter looks like a blowout to me with 147% rise in earnings! Thanks for this pick and well done again. Your thoughts on the quarter and a question: does Brookfield have anything to do with this anymore in terms of management? I know it was spun out but I wonder if Brookfield still makes up a good part of the board.

Q: Hi,
Glad that TSU:CA is now included in the Model Growth Portfolio. I recently took my starter position in this stock as I found its valuation appealing.

Looking at the EV/Sales multiple this stock is trading at, 1.3X 2021 revenue and 1x 2022 revenue. I consider the stock very cheap on that metric with good growth expected in the upcoming quater's and next year too.

May I get your thoughts on it?
Thanks,

Q: I am puzzled, on July 9th, was it a split or a consolidation at 4 - 1? from the chart, the stock went from $10 to $40 on that date. How do you get 4 times as much stock while at the same time the stock appreciates 400%. What am I missing since I also believe that on the whole the market is efficient. Thank you, Martin

Q: Hello:

Could you explain the difference between TSU and BAMR? Could you also explain the Reinsurance industry? With TSU doing very well recently and the BAMR spinout, it seems like a developing field ie good growth investment potential. Which of the two would you pick from a more conservative, balanced perspective?

My thanks.

Q: Hi team,

In the financial sector, would you buy now for strong growth any of the above or Futu Holdings ? Why ? Why not ? If none of them, which other ones would you prefer ?

Have a good week-end,

Q: if the reinsurance business is successful will the future share price of BAMR be higher than BAM.A? will the dividend of BAMR.always be the same as BAM.A? since the shares of BAMR are exchangeable 1 for1 for shares of BAM.A is this then a floor price for BAMR? I am still confused by the answers you have provided and request your patience and further clarification.as I want to invest in the reinsurance industry not BAM.A which I already hold thanks Richard

Q: To my knowledge both of these companies are in the specialty insurance business. Given that TSU is wholly owned by BAM.A (3.5% of my overall holdings; overlap concerns?), which do you prefer for a conservative investor and why. What would be their outlook considering an post-COVID opening world and over the next 5 yrs? Is there another name you prefer more in this specialty space?

Thank you!
