Q: I am a holder of HBM for over 5 years in my non-registered account. Can you please give me your read on the latest news, especially regarding the weak guidance. Is the stock currently oversold or will there be further downside. I know you have long favoured CS over BHM, is that still the case after the correction in HBM and do you feel a switch would be a good idea going forward. BTW, I would like to remain invested in copper.

Q: Tapping into your experience and expertise. TFII is down $31 at this moment. Over the next week or so, how low do you think it might go? And then over the next few months, what type of movement might it have? I'm sure it will recover some. So what price is good to buy a few shares? I realize there are many factors at work but if you were looking at TFII for yourself, what would you do?

Q: Hello folks:

Help me to "decipher" the crazy price action of SMCI :) From 40 to 66 in 5 days! (approximate)

Is it because of

a. Short covering
b. that it is deemed safe from being delisted from Nasdaq.
c. Market loving what they see in their recent releases and TRUST the data this time around!! Borrowing a phrase from you, have all the cockroaches been squashed :)

Apparently Feb 25th is the D Day for the stock. Any predictions for post Feb 25th announcements. Will it go down? ? 47 is the support if you look at the "inverse head and shoulder neckline" or up 70+ 200 Day MA. Forgive my rudimentary Technical Analysis!

Q: Hi Team,
Admittedly, my portfolio is on the growthy, aggressive side of things being tech heavy with some smaller cap names. It now seems like daily I wake up to another name in the headlines dropping 10,20,30% with the slide on a few names continuing . Is this a sign the market is about to topple over cause this is what it’s feeling like. Or is the positive view 5i held for the year still in place? U assume as usual the move is to hold steady and ride the wave?

Q: In their earnings report yesterday, Dream Industrial REIT indicated their net asset value per unit was $16.79. With a current unit price of only $11.96, the NAV is 40% higher than the current market price of the units. Is this large a discount to NAV unreasonable? Are the units really that undervalued? It trades at about 12 times FFO. Is that a cheap valuation and is that a more significant way of looking at the unit price than the net asset value?

Q: Hi team,
The rumors about Intel being broken up and sold to Broadcom and TSMC (may be) seems to be on again! Will it stick this time? Internet rumors are flying high! I saw one figure of upto 47$! (Reddit) Though mostly around 30$.
Some say this is not going to fly. No foreign ownership of US chips!! Trump is the President BTW:)

If I were to write covered call, how high would you suggest that I go?

Any thoughts or opinions?
