Q: With the potential of a declining US dollar in the coming year(s), what impact, if any, would this have on Canadian companies that pay their dividends in USD? As a Canadian shareholder holding such stocks, the dividend return in Canadian dollars would be negatively affected. Do you anticipate these companies could begin to pay dividends in Canadian dollars instead? Thank you.
