Q: Looking to add a 3% position in a growth/dividend company. I am targeting the above companies, which has the best and most predictable yield and capital growth?

Q: Good morning,

If you had to keep 3 of the 6 listed companies, which ones would you choose. The goal is for pure growth over next 10 years assuming all companies continue to grow and execute on their existing business and outlooks etc. No sector concerns but I want to keep 1 Canadian and 2 US companies. Thank you for the continued advice!

Q: As I understand matters the money laundering enquiry has caused an exit of high rollers from GC tables. Can you tell from the timing of events such as the beginning of the enquiry, actions taken etc., and GC earnings periods, whether it is likely or unlikely that GC current earnings statements reflect exhaustion of this exodus or only part of it. Q: I see you like this company here? Is this not the wrong time to buy resource companies? Better to buy when there is a recession and PE goes through the roof - ready for next business cycle. Pay no dividends. I don't see a case to buy any of them; so, would be interested in your rationale.

Q: I realize that BEP.UN could have US tax implications if not held in a RRSP\RIF. Does Bam.A have any similar tax implications or is it treated the same as most other Canadian stocks.
Would the maximum recommended holding for BAM.A be be at about 7.5% of the portfolio or since it is diversified by the other Brookfield companies would it be higher and if so what would the recommended limit be.

Q: Hi Peter and Company:
I am a growth investor, presently down on above 4 Canadian and 5 US companies.
Should I keep, sell, add or replace e.g. GC with TSGI.
Since US market usually outperforms CAN market I am fine buying all best US growth
companies that you will recommend...…..or mixture of US and CAN companies. Long term hold fine but not required. I will trade as required, i.e. when becoming aware of it. E.g. missed selling MX, where I had an nice gain but no alert to sell and now a significant loss.

Q: What is your view on 3M as a long term investment? I've always heard great things about this company and the shares always seem to sell at a premium, but when I take a look at growth either top or bottom line, it always fails to impress. What am I missing? Opportunity to pick up some shares here for the long term on the cheap with the recent drop?
