Q: How would you rate Ford and GM against Magna if held within an RRSP account. Magna offers 2.8% Div Yield versus 5% for Ford and 5.6% for GM.

Q: I am retired and have several dividend stocks. I'm a recent member to 5i research and am looking at adding AW.UN and ECI from your income portfolio. They have increased in price since you put them in the portfolio. Is it still advisable to purchase them at the current price or could you suggest a maximum price point for purchase? I plan to hold them for a few years.

Q: Paramount Equity Financial. Have you heard about this company. It does not seem to be listed or have a symbol It takes mortgages for one year and pays 10% then you start over. My grandson says that you can purchase in your TFSA, but how do you do his if is not a listed company

Q: Norbord is down nicely, no doubt with the general market. However they do have exposure to Great Briton. I am not concerned with the impact on the OSB market but the Pound will certainly affect the profitability. At $25.00, do you think it is a good time to take a partial postion on them at this time?

Q: This question refers to the ex-dividend date and would, I imagine, apply to any dividend paying stock. The question is, if the Ex-dividend date is June 27th and I buy the stock on that date, do I qualify for the June dividend?
