Q: Was thinking REITS might be a good place to look for income right about now. I own Tricon and TGF.UN for about 2.5% of my PF and for domestic REITs HR.UN and SRU.UN for 2% of my PF. Are there any REITS that seem particularly attractive to you right now?

Q: Both Tricon and Element Financial (EFN) are rated highly and the US 4TH quarter GDP was revised upward today but both stocks are hovering close to their 52 week lows. First, is a rising Canadian dollar a major headwind for these companies and second, are they over-rated by the seemingly glowing reviews they are assessed by the pros?
Which one would you prefer over a five year period?

Q: Is your team still ok with overweighting in Cdn tech stocks? Which are your top five picks based on reliable strong growth, reasonable valuation and healthy balance sheet?

Q: I like this site that another member suggested for info on short positions. https://ca.finance.yahoo.com/q/ks?s=DH.TO The link takes you to Key Stats for DH but just enter the symbol in the box for any stock and moving averages is in the right hand box. Tons of info on this site. I use it regularly and find new stuff all the time.

Q: I own both CBO and CBH bond funds. They have not performed well, and I was wondering if these are something that I should hang on to for the future. Are they a safety net when the world is dealing with a low interest rate environment?
Together they are about 7% of my portfolio.
