Q: Hello,

I used to follow Parkit about 3 years ago and always thought the story was good. I have noticed in almost every city I have been in a lack of parking and an increase of price. Now that the board disagreements seem to be settled and a few new exec`s have been hired - could you offer comment here? Looks like the new CEO is a heavy hitter in the space. Given it's size (sub 10mln mkt cap) I understand all the risks, more just looking for your take.

Q: Thank you for your insight on RCL and PHM (Pulte Group).

Just as a follow up on the 5i data bank in case it is an issue elsewhere: When I put RCL in the symbol search and click on the green magnifying glass (5i should try it!) Royal Caribbean does indeed show up. Click on RCL. The answers/results one receives mostly address Ridley - my question and one in 2014 under RCL actually address for Royal Caribbean. Is it possible for 5i to separate the two companies?

Q: An article in the Globe w.r.t Segregated Fund.
Can you help me to understand how can Segregated fund guarantee to retain principle of invested money? Can you suggest such funds to invest in. Also, I am considering to increase my investment in healthcare stocks, I have EXE, HIG.un, considering NWH.un, CSH.un and NHC. Would appreciate your help to select, perhaps others you can suggest.

Q: Would like your comment on Suncoke Energy Partners. (SXCP US Stock) I realize you may not follow this U.S. stock but my question is this. Cash flow is strong as well as the balance sheet and yet the dividends they are paying is 16%. Wondering what is going on here. Or may it just be the Oil sector. Thanks for your response.

Q: Gentlemen; I have been fortunate to have bought a position in Newmarket Gold which is up over 13% today. In reading their latest press release, I find their drilling results are almost too good to believe.

Q: This is a follow up to my September 20th question re Proctor and Gamble's offer re Galleria Company and beauty division spinoff. Can you explain the pro-rate allocation you mentioned. I was expecting $1.075 in Galleria Company stock in exchange for $1 of P & G stock. Is there a possibility of more, considering your comment on the majority of people tendering, due to the 7% discount. When you say "yes" to the offer were you also suggesting one would keep the Galleria stock, or simply flip it and go back into P & G.

Q: Since being removed from 5i's model portfolio MDA has tumbled about 8% on strong volume. I'm not sure if there's a connection here or just coincidence, or some other reason for the decline? I wonder if you agree with TD's analyst consensus of Q3 earnings expected to be flat at $1.51 compared to 2015 and a revenue rise to $542 MM from 515? I exited this position when you did, now looking to re-enter. Thanks, J.

Q: Hi I've done well this year: up almost 17% year to date. Thanks to mostly your BE stocks. I'm thinking maybe I should hedge my portfolio somewhat to protect the gains. What do you think of the us etf HDGE. It doesn't seem to have the difficulties of other bear etfs with their daily decay rate.
Or would you just ride the portfolio through the inevitable cycles of downs and ups?
