Q: Can you confirm my understanding of what is happening: Deflationary pressures based on lockdowns/economic slowdowns due to COVID-19 and Inflationary pressures based on bond purchases/stimulus from central banks around the world.

If this is relatively (and simplistically) correct, do we have a belief on which pressure will win out over time?

Q: I heard what I thought was a very interesting interview with Tudor Jones today. It is here:

My question to you is do you agree with his point of view? Would you think it wise for me to follow along and include it at 2% of my portfolio? That would be around $230,000. If yes what is the easiest and safest way for me to buy it? If no, why not?

Q: Can you please comment on DKNG. It has done very well since the new year and hasn't suffered over these last few months. I know one should be buying good companies that are going up rather than supposed bargains that are falling but have I missed the boat on DKNG.. There don't seem to be any comments on 5i about draftkings.

I own AQN and I have noticed that since the beginning of May, BEP.UN has been trending up while AQN has been trending down. Usually they move together. Any idea why we have this recent divergence.

Q: Some people have been inquiring as to where to park cash. Do you have any information about the Manitoba Credit Unions? I have recently inquired and have found that deposits in a high interest savings account are guaranteed under the "Deposit Guarantee Corporation of Manitoba" for an unlimited amount, paying 2%. Has anyone used one of them and did you like them? I also put this out in the forums. I would like to hear of someone that has opened an annount, and if they were satisfied.

Q: I am looking to purchase another REIT or two for my TFSA. I currently own AP.UN. I have been following the discussion about car.un and dir.un as two of your favourite reits. My question is; do you think that they are currently overvalued compared to bpy.un which morningstar indicates is undervalued by 53%. would you not buy bpy.un? any other suggestions are greatly appreciated

Q: Hello Peter and team, I'd like to purchase some high quality US companies whose share prices have been unduly hit by the COVID correction. However, I want to do this in a conservative way - with larger, stable companies with low debt and strong balance sheets; assured 'survivors'. Can you please suggest 5 good US candidates in the 'survive and recover' blue chip camp, and a dividend of at least 2.5 percent. Thanks!
