Q: I have $25,000 in my TFSA invested in the above companies, eaqch with a weighing of between 8% - 10%. Looking to add another $10,000. I'm 63. Preference is dividends and some growth. Looking for stability if another December 2018 were to repeat itself.
May I please have your suggestions, in order of preference. Please deduct appropriate credits.

Q: Hi, I received shares in this company (HLS) via a reverse takeover of ADM (Automodular) back in late '17.
I don't see any other questions on this company thus the inquiry. What is your valued opinion of HLS?
From their web page...'HLS Therapeutics is a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on the acquisition and commercialization of late-stage development, commercial-stage promoted and established branded pharmaceutical products in the North American markets. We focus on products targeting the central nervous system and cardiovascular therapeutic areas. '
They seem to have a couple of drugs Vascepa, Clozaril and Absorica that are or will generate decent revenues going forward.
They also introduced a quarterly dividend recently and I know you favour companies when this occurs.
Are they a 'show me' story right now and patience is required for a couple quarters to see how they proceed, ie it looks like they will be filing for approval with Health Canada in early 2019 for Vascepa (it's already FDA approved).
Analysts targets are for around $20 for 2019 (from your 'Companies' page).

Q: Is there any stock(s) out there US or CDN that showed up on your radar screen lately that you think has a good momentum but also it is not stratospheric levels? I have some money that i need to deploy but don't want to add to my current holdings.

Q: Hi 5i team,
I'm thinking of buying VGRO Vanguard Growth. I like the fact that it is one balanced ETF for global diversification and rebalancing by itself. However, I've read comments that the funds are not optimized for tax efficiency. What does this mean? Is it appropriate to be held inside TFSA? Any better ETFs suggestions? Thanks.

I currently own GILD. Should I sell it and switch to BIIB or any other biotech. What are your thoughts about medical distribution companies (ABC, CAH, MCK) Which one would you recommend and any threat from Amazon. Should healthcare plans companies be part of healthcare portfolio and which one do you recommend.

Q: I've done very well with SHOP (thanks to 5i) but it has grown to 12% of my overall portfolio. I really like to let the winners run, and am quite risk tolerant, however I am considering selling 20% and reinvesting the proceeds. I plan to top up KXS, which seems has good momentum, but need some other suggestions. What other technology stocks would you suggest at this time? Options outside of tech would be appreciated too.

I am increasingly concerned about the financial stability and credit quality of several of my investments.
Could you please provide the S&P or DBRS issuer rating or bond rating of : ENB, TRP, PKI, BCE, CSW.A, AW.UN, SIA.
This information is very difficult for me to find and is often quite dated. Could you suggest a source I could use.

Q: I looked at insider trading on Canadian Insider web site. Between Oct 18-Jan 21st 2019, insider buying is huge. I see directors buying 1.6 million shares. Others, Joseph Crumb 3.4 M. Chiabra Tommasso also director 2.0 M.
Roy Sebag CEO 6 trades for 525 thousand shares. Also for XAU , he purchased in 5 trades 863 thousand shares. I do not normally check insider trading activity, but this seems out of the ordinary. Please verify my numbers. If exact, have you seen such large insider buying before ?
If so, would you recommend taking a position in Mene.

Q: Just a comment for some additional perspective on the automatic share transaction plan of CSU's CEO: If today's share price action was a result of the announcement that the CEO may be selling up to 100 shares per week for a year (up to 5,200 shares), then the sellers who were bailing out are just being nutty. At the rate of 100 shares per week, it would take him approximately 84 years to divest himself of his current CSU shares position. Now there's an investment horizon for you!
