Q: SYZ and TNC both started to rollover weeks before this downturn. Now they are down considerably along with NYX and IRD. From reading all of the questions and answers pretty well everyday I have never heard anything negative about any of these, so do you think they are all good companies that will have good upside potential. Is there any preference for growth over the next six months? Thanks for your good service. Dennis

Q: What does it mean when a company like BCE files for debt shelf of up to $4 bln. Does it affect in negative or positive way price of company stock on the market.

Is it OK to by BCE now or is better to wait for market response to this
news about BCE.

Q: Hi it seems IT will most likely list on LSE and Canadians can hold in a vehicle that will still trade on TSX .(I have no access to LSE) Will the share price on the Canadian listing automatically correlate to the LSE listing
Also do the shorters shares become shorts on the LSE or the Canadian listing

Q: I have nice paper capital gains in ZRE,FTS and T and the MacD is telling me to sell all 3 securities. I don't want to stand by and watch the paper profit disappear although I am getting a nice yield. What is the proper way to manage this situation? Thank you

Q: These stocks are about 10% of my portfolios. To reduce risk and to improve cash flow I would like to increase utilities to 20%. Is this a good time to add to this group since most candidates are expensive and interest rate sensitive. Could I have your recommendations?
