Q: TV announced today that they were selling a very large chunk of shares.Will this devalue the company appreciably & should I get rid of it considering this devaluation & the state of the metal industry or should I take it as a chance to buy TV stock cheaper?

Recall that the stock was trading at about $11.50 prior to the announcement of the deal.
