Q: Today is written 'Add 5% to Crius Energy" in the Income Portfolio. Should that be "New Position" as I did not see KWH previously in the Income Portfolio unless I missed it.

On their investor call, management indicated that hardware sales should recover nicely over the balance of the fiscal year and payment process services should strengthen further as results a large bank deployment happening in the current quarter. Cash is at $31.2M US.

Q: Today Intrinsyc press released another sizable order. They have had a steady flow of news releases the last 8 weeks on services and production wins. The stock seems range bound over this period despite its trades rather cheaply on trailing basis for Company that is showing very strong revenue and profit growth. I know the market cap is only $45M but many other tech stocks, same size, trade at much higher multiples and they have inferior balance sheets compared to ITC. Any insight or is ITC is stock that is ready to be re-rated much higher in coming months?

Q: EGT just news released today at 2:00 pm, and the stock ended up 40%. Basically, Eguana Technologies and Bosch are collaborating on a Home Battery System (HBS) project, which will be on display at DistribuTECH in San Diego, CA from January 31 - February 2, 2017.

It's now 55% of my company. Do you think I might actually consider buying more, holding, or selling a small portion, tomorrow?

Also, I today transferred $5500 of stock-in-kind into my TFSA, at the low of the day ($0.235, but it closed at .33). I know I will have to pay a possible capital gains tax for the deemed disposition, but it also allows me to transfer a larger amount of shares into my TFSA. Is there something I'm missing, or is that the logical thing to do, assuming that the stock,1-5 years from now, will inevitable be much higher?
