Q: Hello Peter and Ryan,
Without knowing my portfolio details, I know it is hard to give advice. However, I do have a diversified portfolio and am looking to add a long term growth stock and a dividend paying stock without using my cash. I have to sell a stock and replace with another. I constantly hear good things about Spin Master. I was thinking of selling Alterra Power corp and Brookfield Business Partners and use proceeds to buy Spin Master. Does this switch make sense? Kinder morgan (aside from protests) has had good news with government approval and potential sale of their assets. However, the stock is not moving which is surprising. Is it worth holding or replace with ENB and TRP to get some growth and dividends. Lastly, Magna and Linamar have had good gains. Time to sell or let them run? Please let me know. Thanks again

Q: Hi, what is your view of the REIT space right now? They are declining a lot today relative to normal stability, but have been strong lately. I have the ones listed as well as SIA with isn't technically a REIT but in the same area. I believe the new Real Estate category is coming soon, and the US election. In general is it good timing for the REIT sector over the next 6 months. And would you consider any other REITS better than the ones I currently own at the present time? I'm well diversified so I'm not over my % for the category, although could consolidate to fewer than 4 holdings.

Q: Hi Peter,
Enghouse has not been doing well. Do you still like it for long term hold? Any idea why Brookfield Bussiness Partners is going up today? Also, does recent announcement of Brookfield raising $14 B for the Global infrastructure Fund refer to BGI.UN? If so, is it better to invest in BGI.UN or BIP. UN? Lastly, Telecom stocks are stable but the PEs are quite high. Can you shed some light please? Thanks

Q: Please comment which type of account (non-registered, RRSP or TFSA) would be best suited to hold Brookfield Business Partners). From the prospectus the distribution will be approximately $0.25 per annum (1 %). I currently hold the other Brookfield LP entities (BEP, BIP and BPY) so I am familiar with the issues associated with T-5013 on my tax return.

Please comment whether it's better to hold the TSE listed units (BBU-UN) in Canadian dollars or the NYSE listed units in US dollars.

Thank you for the excellent service.
