Q: Hi, I own the companies mentioned above. Companies on unregistered account have been beaten down, what order would you sell them in or should some be held?

Q: Peter and His Wonder Team
I have to sell one of these stocks to meet my RIF withdrawal obligation for 2023. I have owned them all for years...CET is down; QST down more; QTRH up slightly. Of course since it is a RIF account there is no tax loss credit. So if you had to sell one...what do do think would be the best choice. Thanks for your opinion which is always objective and sobering which helps in my decision in which I take full responsibility.

Q: So far it has been an eventual year to date for Quarterhill -- gone are the CEO , the dividend , the CFO and the WiLan Division . The sale of WiLan seemed like an overly complicated transaction -- what is your opinion of the price of $71m they received ?
Quarterhill was a top pick yesterday on BNN , and at close of business today the stock was up 20% in two days . What is your current opinion of QTRH -- are they perhaps a candidate for going private , or maybe a takeover target ?

Q: how do you view the latest earnings? on the surface they seem poor given the lumpiness of their Wi-Lan division. With a search for a new CEO on, and dividend cut, things don't look so good but I do see a healthy $500 million backlog in their electronic road tolling division. I would consider this a hold esp given their $57 million cash on hand. What is your opinion?

What are your feelings about these 2 stocks Qtrh has taken a beating the last week, all I can see is that the ceo has resigned or has been fired. I don't see this as such a negative, since the stock has not fared well. They always babble about a spin-off, but nothing happens
Cfx is also down, I know that they closed some plants, how does the future look?

I have asked you about these four companies before .
All have since dropped even further .
i know Lundin had a sink hole by one of its mines .
for the other companies is it just the market or i there a reason for the continual drop in price.
Should i be selling these stocks
