Dream Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust (DIR.UN)
Q: From reading previous responses, you seem to like both Dream Industrial and WPT Industrial. If you were to buy just one, which would it be and why?
Q: I have held this security for it's nice income and long term growth potential. I have lot of room to add, so, in your opinion is it fairly valued at this time?
Q: Down close to 15% . What would you suggest as a trade.
Q: I am down significantly on SRU, purchased in January 2020. The holding is only about 1% of my investments, should I purchase more at this time or continue to hold?
Thanks
Thanks
Q: What is a Realestate Income Trust
Q: hello 5i Research team, AIF sold its investment in REAL at 5ish dollars less than two years ago while they were insiders and had a representative one REAL’s board. Now that we know what happen since then. What can that tell you about AIF? Lack of vision? Certainly not a desperate need for cash. Do you « downgrade » AIF management for this?Thank you for your collaboration, Eric
Q: I sold SIA a month ago, mainly for tax loss purposes. I can buy it again at roughly the same price, my thesis being that all the bad news is out, so it should not go down much further. My main question is: is the dividend fully funded, i.e. should we expect a cut in the future? This is for an income portfolio. Thanks.

Q: I would be interested in a REIT or an ETF which deals primarily with storage units and/or warehouses. Is there such a thing? Either in Canada or the US..
Thanks as always. You provide such a valuable service to independent investors like me.

Q: What is the current yield on bpy.un as different sites seem to be showing different rates. Have they cut the distribution over the past several months?
Q: Could you please provide an update on Morguard REIT. Do you still see it as a high risk investment?
Q: What is your analysis on Nexus REIT?
The commercial real estate looks like mainly leased to grocers, dollar stores and banks.
Only concern seems to be their office space which seems to be a small portion.
Also, what % of their real estate is office space?
Book value of yahoo states a value of $2.65. How do they compute this?

Allied Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (AP.UN)
-
Granite Real Estate Investment Trust (GRT.UN)
Q: Hi Peter, Ryan, and Team,
I know that you still like AP.UN, but if one feels that there could be better results elsewhere, how would you feel about a switch to GRT.UN? Allied has done well in my wife's TFSA, but I'm a bit uneasy about the office property sector in the short to medium term. Or do you have any other suggestions in the same sector? Thanks in advance for your advice.

Q: Can 5i recommend two quality US based REITs for good income and a bit of growth? Thanks.
Q: I have held riocan for more than a decade, and am still well ahead. However, I am concerned about the retail industry as well as the big yield, and fear a cut. I don’t need to be in the reit space in my portfolio. Would you recommend a hold ,or a sale and replacement with a decent yielding and relatively safe alternative?
If so, what would be your favourite?
Thanks for the great service.
Philip

Q: As a income investor optimism and skepticism seems to be on the downside for reits-how do you feel on Rei.un,Tnt.un,Sot.un going forward.Feels like some lowering of positions maybe warranted.
Q: Would like your outlook on MIC and its plans to not change it's underwriting policy.
Thanks

Thanks

Q: Do you have a preference of HR.UN or DIR.UN? At present the distributions are similar. I am interested in safety of the distribution and some growth. Please elaborate.
