Q: I like Daniel Drimmer and have made some good gains with his companies. I re-purchased a small position in TNT.UN after selling the previous variant into a takeout offer, if my memory serves. My question: Is TNT.UN worth a long term hold? Is the strategy of taking its lumps by stopping the dividend until recently going to lead to future growth?

Q: Hi, would like to know your thoughts about an alternative to dir.un. Have had this one for about three years B.E. 12.60 ,(in an rrif). Or thoughts on another stock or etf I could add to dir. as it is my only stock in R.E. Sector.
Thanks
Thanks
Q: Hello, I would like your opinion of BTB REIT. I know it is small but it seems to be chugging along since the pandemic. The distribution is attractive, given the 8% AND the fact that, since 2006, it is all return of capital. How is this possible since most other REITs have typically a mixed bag of ROC and « other income » and/or capital gains? Thanks
Q: If there is a sharp correction in the housing market how badly will Canadian banks be hit?

Thanks.

Q: Hi Peter and 5i Team,
Can a case be made to own both EXE and SIA in a RRIF? If only one could be owned, which one would you keep, and why?
Other holdings in the Healthcare Sector (across other accounts) include WELL, VHI, and XHC. CSH is also owned, but it’s in the Real Estate Sector.
As always, thanks for your valuable insight.

Q: Do you think the takeover price for IIP, announced today, is a good price? The stock is (at the moment) selling at or a bit above the offer price. Apparently the bid can be increased by another buyer, so should I sell or should I wait?
Q: Looking to open a position in one of the 2 listed companies or others if you have any to recommend. Long term investor with 0 exposure to the real estate sector in the portfolio yet.
Colliers growth projections and better valuation along with positive analysts ratings make it more attractive on the surface. However, I know that you have First Service in the growth portfolio, is there something that I'm missing as to why I should choose FSV before CIGI? Could you please give a breakdown between the two and the reasoning behind choosing one over the other? Also open to any other real estate sector stocks that would be a good add.
Thanks again!

Q: What is the outlook for Canadian real estate?
How long do you expect it to stay down, how will tariff impact it ?
Can the new liberal government do something to bring down the prices, if so , will it affect the price for the new homes or the entire market?
Please share your thoughts on this ?

Q: Can you please comment on Interments quarter just announced? The numbers are hard for me to interpret because a number of properties have been sold.. Yet they apparently were sold above NAV, and company has been buying back shares at a very rapid pace - I believe they bought back 4.4% of their shares in 2025 already. How do you interpret the numbers (eg. FFO and AFFO) as well as the share repurchase programme?
Q: Your thoughts on the quarter and future prospects would be welcome!
Q: Is there any hope for this company
