Q: Could I get your opinion on Ned Goodman rejoining the board of EXN. Plus the dewatering plan they are working on, do they have access to the 10 million needed for the dewatering plan. Do they have enough cash to keep going till the dewatering turns them around.
Q: Good morning,
I just a few questions about how a company discloses drill results. Assuming they visually see something in the cores before they are sent to the lab, does the company have to disclose what they "think" they saw? This company sent in 173 samples for testing out of 1515 meters drilled. How big would a typical sample be? Last but not least, can a company disclose material news while they are trying to close a financing?
Appreciate your thoughts
Seamus
Q: I currently do not have a gold stock in my portfolio but am thinking of adding one.two I have been looking at are Goldcorp and Franco-Nevada. Which would you recommend? Is there another gold stock you prefer over either one of these?
Q: not too sure if you can respond to this however - which of the
precious metal streaming companies would you recommend...
there appears to be a good possibility for a move in gold and silver and I believe the streaming companies might be a safer alternative to individual stocks.

Q: Hi what are you views on the Uranium market. Japan has started 2 of its nuclear plants do you see some upside for uranium stock in the near future.
Thanks John
Q: The stock is up 300% in the last year. Refinanced 25 million of debt with BNS and recently upped guidance. The new management has turned this company into one of the best gold plays.Do you see anything else I am missing here? This is my best stock YTD and I know 5i likes momentum.
Q: Been following this company since the aggregate property was its main asset. Now it appears to have defined an attractive gold prospect near Stewart, BC. They've been releasing a steady diet of quite spectacular drill results ( their words ) the latest being 24g/t over 15m. I think it was you that recommended it years ago. What do you think now considering its on a former mine sit with infrastructure in place?
Q: While most gold stocks (even royalty plays) have come up with the price of gold, Osisko seems range-bound and even weak; is this because the recovery benefits the more marginal players first? Or, if not that, why?
Q: Peter: If interest rates go up what do you think will happen to the price of gold and what about the stock price for Goldcorp (G) and Barrick (ABX). Thanks
Q: Hi Team
Would like your thoughts on Eldorado Gold as a hedge in a portfolio?
I realize Goldcorp may be a more solid play but I like the growth prospects of Eldorado.
Q: Good afternoon:
I would appreciate your recommendation with respect to Trevali in light of the recent news release and the upsurge in volume. Thank you.
Q: HI Folks: Is owning PHS.U a good/safer way to "own" silver or would buying silver bars and rounds be better and, would this be a good time to buy PHS.U or should I wait until after the CEF.A and the SBT deals are complete?
Q: There is a nice bounce underway in the mining sector. What do you think is the cause? And if you were to pick one or two companies in the non-precious metals space (by which I mean not primarily precious metals) what would it/they be. Thank-you again.
Q: Could you give me your take on the two press releases posted yesterday (new CEO and ammonia problem). Do you think RMX will have to raise more capital to fund improvements with mill/tailing pond?? I haven't been able to reach RMX IR so asking you!! I put in a stink bid yesterday and got filled at 60 cents but I'm having second thoughts now.
Q: This company hasn't figured in your questions section for a long time. Browsing through the questions and answers it appears that Silver Wheaton, First Majestic, Pan American, Fortuna are your favourite Silver stocks. Do you still hold the same view? What are your thoughts on EDR? Any other thoughts on Silver and specific stocks in that sector. ( Too many questions in the Gold sector and not that many in Silver!)
Q: Hello 5i..My question is regarding Trevali (TV) . You last commented on TV Aug 19 of this year but a lot has happened since, news releases etc. Also , Glencore is associated with TV but i'm not clear on how this would affect Trevali should Glencore go private or become insolvent. Do you think TV will survive this current downturn in the sector.
Mark Cruise just added just under 100,000 shares to his existing position of almost 1 million shares. do you view management as competent ? thanx norm
