Q: Hi Peter and 5i team,
We hold some shares of currency exchange and it has been performing well lately. Recent news from CXI states that they have developed a digital remote deposit service . What are your thoughts? Will the company be able to stay current in the ever growing digital world .
Thanks
Q: Mr. Hodson, Yesterday you recommended GC and TSGI. If you were to choose just one, which might it be? Could you provide your usual in depth analysis? Thank you.
Q: Parkland has a history of growth by acquisition and currently seems to be digesting its the purchase of Chevron Canada's downstream assets. Your recent comments note it high debt levels due to acquisitions. But what are your thoughts about future acquisitions by PKI ? When might this take place and what are potential targets ?
Q: I am down over 30% in three different accounts on exco. Been holding for two years. I can wait for a recovery if you think there will be one. Can you tell me if the earnings and revenue reported tonight merit holding the stock for an eventual recovery. Nice dividend but???? Buy, sell, hold or buy more. Thanks.
Q: I know that you've spoken about GUD perhaps buying Paladin from ENDP (Endo International). Since ENDP's stock price has fallen so much in the last few years, is it possible that GUD would just buy all of ENDP instead of just the Paladin division?
Can I get you to comment on Stars Group's balance sheet and their growth prospects? What multiple is TSGI trading at and can you compare that with the industry average. What accounts for the difference in valuation between the two?
Q: I now have a common stock vacancy in my portfolio from the sale of AVO sitting as cash and I am looking for a substitute for that sock with similar qualities.Suggestions please?
Q: Hi 5i team,
Earlier in April they announced a financing deal and the stock price has been going lower ever since. On April 23 they announced a new dividend of .03 cents which means a DY of about 2%. It's not spectacular, but we like the 'confidence' that a dividend announcement brings, no? How long before the market reacts to this? Specifically, shouldn't some fund managers and institutional players jump onboard soon after, when there is a new dividend announcement for this stock? (and a corresponding uptick in the price). Thx, R.
