Q: Hello Peter / Ryan and Team,
Looking at COV. Seems like there is a huge difference between Shares Outstanding and Floating shares. Does this mean that there are a lot of shares locked by insiders? When are these scheduled to be able to be traded and is that a concern for the future with the stock up so much? With the large run up lately, do you still feel it is a good buying opportunity or would you wait for a pull back as the chart gives me a bit of a pause.
Thanks for all you do,
Wes

Q: "We certainly see FCR as a 'slow but steady' type of income name, with not a whole lot of catalysts." A 5i response to a question dated 07 May 2018 from another Stephen.
With the investment news announced today (9 July) and the Short Description: Treasury Offering of Common Shares Price @ $20.50, is this looking good? Any possible problems for example debt loads? Unlike the other Stephen I am down a bit from where I bought this over a year ago.
Thanks

Q: Given that interest rates are projected to rise over the next while, would it make sense to shift some preferred shares to rate reset rather than perpetual? [I own some of both.]. If so, can you recommend any ?
Thanks
Thanks
Q: Like to know what you think about atd.b. I’am a somewhat long term investor, I consider 3 years as the beginning of a long term hold and will hold at lot longer 5+ years if the stock is performing.
I have had look at atd.b with a three year chart and seen three years ago it was at about $57 and today it was at about $57, with a high of $68 a year ago. Did the have a stock split?
I do find it hard holding this stock as I only get .70% for waiting, and I do have a hard time picking the highs and selling.
Question is I do like a combination of dividend and growth ( I’m not greedy but do like to see something in 3 years) would you hang on, or could you suggest a company with more dividend and a little more growth.
Thanks for your comments

Q: What do you think about this deal of MSI to buy LIfe Work? I am thinking about participating in the offering of the shares their given 4% discount?
Q: Cintas has been very good to me but I am seeing comments recently that it is currently very much overpriced and will probably take a serious hit with the first sign of bad news. I believe it is a great company but I am thinking it may be time to move on. What is your opinion of holding on to this stock vs. putting a close stop loss on it?

Q: Is there any difference / benefit of holding these in a TFSA vs RRSP (tax wise). I understand the favorable tax treatment to US stocks in an RRSP via withholding tax. What about ETFs that trade on the TSX but hold US stocks?
Thank you!
Thank you!

Q: Of the 5 mining Co's, which one would you say is most globally diversified with best growth prospects, if the world doesnt hiccup too badly with current trade rhetoric ? Or maybe, a Co. not mentioned, I know Teck is the largest-diversified, but maybe another has more torque to the upside of a particular metal, maybe gold/ lithium miner ? I'm seeking Cdn competitive advantage with U.S dollar revenues.
