Q: Hi,
What is you insight on TSU-T? Is it a good and better risk and reward pick after it fall from the highs of C$40 in Insurance business? Is there major problem with its business? Will it recover or its better to go with Intact IFC:T or Fairfax FFH-T?
Thanks

Q: The monthly cost of owning a home in the US is now apparently 40% more than renting. Can you comment on your view as to whether this fact sets up a buying opportunity for companies that provide rental properties in the US. Can you also suggest a few such companies to consider and provide your best pick therefrom. Finally for each suggestion could you indicate whether their residential focus is single family or multiple and which one you believe has the most upside ahead. Many thanks.

Q: hello 5i:
Last question asked on GEV was on January 25th. Can you please update your views with respect to P/E, Cash Flow and Free Cash Flow? Debt looks tiny, can you confirm?
Last, I have a small position in HPS.A. Is GEV a direct competitor, and would a US company benefit from the threatened tariffs on other countries? Adding your general opinion on the stock and on the industry would be appreciated.
thanks
Paul L.

Q: Hi,
Company reported Q1-2025 results last week. As per news, it beat earnings on higher revenue and AUM, raised Dividend. GAAP EPS was down. There was some expenses for technological upgrade. The stock was weak. Is this kind of expenses is unnecessary or a mistake or done due to any problem or liabilities? Because some analyst has a sell rating for the stock? I am holding this stock for long time representing my holding in US financial sector. Has there any major changes in the company's working so that I need to replace this holding? Appreciate you insight on this.
Thanks

Q: Hi,
What is you insight on PRL-T? Is it a good and better risk and reward pick after it fall from the highs of C$42? Is there major problem with its business? Will it recover or its better to go with other lenders such as Banks? What basically I mean was that its business prospects are same? The current pull back in price is not because a group of investor entered in the stock to take it to highs. They got what they wanted and left.
Thanks

Q: I have half positions of these three stocks: QSR, PBH, & LNF. PBH is underwater. Are these good stocks to own long term? They haven't really done much in the last few years. Or on this pullback, make them full positions for their div and possible future growth? Do you have other favourites in Consumer stocks? YOUR THOUGHTS PLEASE. Thanks.
