Q: In a Presidents Letter several years ago, there was a detailed explanation of why organic growth was more valuable to the company than acquisition growth. In recent quarters organic growth was strong (4-5%) by historical standards. Of course no further information was provided. Do you have a sense of why organic growth has accelerated? Is it the influence of AI improving their businesses? Do you feel the higher organic growth rate is sustainable and if so should that lead to a rerating of the stock valuation?

Q: I hate to use a question that should be easily addressed in general business news but I can't seem to find any current information on aluminum production in Canada. Have the tariffs had a serious impact? Have there been layoffs? Are our producers just stockpiling inventory, hoping for the tariffs to go away. Are our producers still selling into the US and if so, who's eating the tariffs? I've been told by usually-
knowledgeable business friends that both aluminum and steel production are just fine and sales to non-US customers have surged but can that be true? I certainly hope so. What say you, my 5i guys?

Q: What is your opinion of ABBV buying an experimental drug derived in the psychedelic space from private company Gilgamesh for 1.2B?.
