Q: Peter always good to see you on BNN. You mentioned Altagas' dividend being fine as it would be based on cash flow ( please correct me if I'm misquoting) and therefore a decent investment.
Could you respond to this article about Altagas and the author's points?

Q: Hi 5i Team,

I have PD and I am currently down close to 40%. I am interested in selling and moving the remained of the money into GUD. I feel like PD is dead money for a long time. What are your thoughts on this trade?

Q: Enghouse is down sharply this morning by almost 4%. Is there something that the large institutional investors know or is something else causing this drastic drop on no real news? The second quarter Fiscal 2017 release is scheduled after market close on Thursday, June 8, 2017. Are some large holders of the stock expecting a poor quarter result? What are your expectations for the second quarter?

Q: Hello I need to add foreign markets to to my portfolio. I was looking for an Etf in either Canadian or US funds. I was looking for one to mainly target India. One or more that that has more exposure to Japan and Korea. As well as one that's overall balanced that I will put a larger weighting in. If you fell there's a better way about doing this please produced your thoughts.

Q: If cominar reit cut its distribution in half , its yield would still be a healthy 5.7% yield at $12.95 a share. The AFFO payout ratio would fall to 60 %and its share price would be trading at 10X AFFO and a 25% discount to net asset value.So why are investors dumping the stock because of the high yield and temporary 100% plus payout? (my numbers are based on a %1.28 2017 AFFO from TD Waterhouse, projected to rise going forward.)

Q: Hello,
Dollarama is a holding in my kids' Resp. I imagine them shopping there once they move out of residence while at university so see it as one to hold toward near the end of their tertiary education:) That said I have become nervous on its reporting dates (June 7). They have a nice gain and it's a little more than 5% but not quite 6% yet. For a longer term hold should I hold this one or swap it out for mru or loblaw?(defensive sector with less growth). The account also holds atd.b
P.s. I have my first 400% gain with NFI - thanks 5i!
