Q: I would be thankful for your comment on the long-term growth prospects of PAR Technology symbol PAR.us (on NYSE). It looks to be a possibly good candidate for takeover by a better capitalized strategic buyer in the same industry . At its present size PAR would have difficulty combating competitive forces. Is management under pressure from cash-burn (that you can tell) such that they might be pushed to look for a buyer ?
Q: Can I please have your opinion on APR.UN - Automotive Properties Reit - current price $10.38 with a 7.7% dividend - is this a buy and how stable is the dividend-

Q: What is your preference for about a 5% weighting Stantec or WSP Global?I have no other stocks in this sector of the market.Could you include info on dividend growth ,stability & growth from sectors outside Canada. I'm not adverse to some risk but don't want to "catch a falling knife" either. Thanks, as always, for your sage advice.
Q: Qualcomm has had a nice run up - do you think its a good long term hold or would you sell and buy a Canadian Tech company (e.g CSU / Kinaxis / ESL)? I realize a small profit if I sell now. Thanks, Neil
Q: I am considering the purchase of Milestone. It appears that its revenue and distributions are in $US. Could you advise if this complicates matters in terms of tax and what type of account (RRSP or taxable) would be preferred to hold the security? Would the discount brokerage convert the US distribution to CDN and would they usually charge a fee for this?
Q: Can you offer 4 or 5 companies being considered for addition or on the cusp of making into each of your portfolios; growth, balanced, income? Many thanks.
Q: I am wondering what would be a normal p/e for Concordia? Also perhaps you can shed some light on the difference between cash flow and levered free cash flow.I understood the latter represented the cash left over after debt obligations have been paid. With their substantial debt I expected Concordia's levered cash low to be substantially less and yet Yahoo Finance shows cash flow per share of $4.10 and levered at $6.55.
As always your assistance is greatly appreciated.
Mike

Q: Hello Peter et al
Given the history of some of PHM’s management is it possible their game plan is to take the company private within the next eighteen months or so, and then public 3 or 4 years later? Any thoughts?
Many thanks. Bob
