MAY 03, 2016 - Investment fund manager that has suspended the dividend and seen assets under management materially decline. AHF is simply too small and has an uphill battle ahead of it. We have downgraded the stock one notch to 'C' and have discontinued coverage.

Q: LGQ's debentures now trade above face value (and, at this moment, with no one looking to sell); does this argue for a rebound in the shares, or is it more likely that the'll just tread water near their current price?
