Q: In today's earnings report, KWH says that the USG&E results would have produced cash flow accretion of 16% per unit, on a pro forma basis, for the year ending march 31, 2017. What do they mean by pro forma, in this case? Does this 16% include all the new shares distributed/converted to fund the acquisition or are they using the number of shares at that time?

Q: Hi, just a follow-up regarding adding to a KHW.UN position:
I just noticed 2nd quarter financials will be released August 14. Would you recommend to wait to add until after 2nd quarter is released just in case they didn't meet/beat their expected earnings? Or do you add regardless being comfortable that they will be in-line with expectations?

I have some cash in my TFSA. My return in this account has not been good.
I am looking to invest in a growth stock. Of all of these stocks I listed, which one would you recommend for me to invest in?

And if there is a better stock, which would you recommend?
Thank you.

Q: Greetings, everyone.

I have a follow up to my previous question. What are the factors that give Algonquin Power and Crius Energy a more favourable view that Northland Power, right now, in your opinion?

Thanks.

Q: Greetings guys.

Question: If you had to split a 5% position among the names above, using strength of balance sheet, dividend growth, eps growth and valuation as determining factors, which name or names would you select and what percentage would you allocate to them.

Do you think the utility / alternative energy sector is a decent place to invest in against the backdrop of a rising rate environment. Theoretically, what weighting in a portfolio would you make this sector.

Thanks.

Q: Following completion of the USA acquisition,
kindly provide an update on KWH.un .
Is the current 9.90$ or so an attractive entry point for
the next 12 -18 month period ?

Would u suggest it as a sub 5% weighting in a
Conservative Retirement Portfolio ,
or is it referred to as a "Speculative Buy for aggressive accounts only.
Thank you !
