Q: You expressed a little concern on Tuesday with reits that had little or no exposure to retail space. Could you suggest a few top picks that avoid retail?

Q: Hi,
Recently they are raising equity @ $6.40/ unit. Is this price attractive and reasonable to increase my portfolio position from 2% to 3% or 4% or I wait sometime then add? I checked with my Brokerage bank who is one of the underwriter of this equity issue, and was told they are sold out. Is it one of the indication that their will be less chance of a sell off in the unit price?
Thanks

Q: Hi: Some time ago Pure Industrial was favourably mentioned on BNN because about 30% of its holdings are focused on warehousing for e-commerce distribution. An article in today's Globe and Mail also mentions it in this context. I note your comments on AAR have been cautiously positive, but not enthusiastic. Would you mind expanding on the e-commerce linkage? Is it less than it appears? Also, can you point me to other stocks that focus on the development of E-commerce distribution facilities? many thanks.

Q: I am retired, living on dividend income and have the following REITS in my portfolio in equal amounts and making up 10% of my portfolio. I am invested for the average yield of 6.6% the REITS generate.
Do any of the REITS have a dividend payout ratio near or over 100% or negative growth that I should be worried about?
Can you rate the REITS from best to worst?
I noted that you just sold the REIT ETF in the income portfolio and purchased CSH.UN. Based on your response, I may sell a couple REITS and replace with CRH.UN and NWH.UN for company growth that 5i is forecasting in the healthcare REIT space.

Q: I hold substantially less than 5% of each of the above securities in my diversified portfolio. The sector is not over-represented in my portfolio. I would appreciate your opinion as to which, if any, should be sold because of duplication; and/or to reduce the # of stocks held; and/or because of other specific concerns; and which, if any, should be added to. I do not require the cash from any disposition, am not averse to risk, and, subject to your comments, would reinvest it in this or any other sector which you recommend.Thank you in advance for your usual reasoned response.
