Q: I picked some of FCR.UN today at $11.90/share for my TFSA. I am looking at this trust and thinking it is very cheap now - NAV around $18 and they did OK in April with 74% of rents collected plus they have tenants like Walmart, Canadian Tire, Liquor stores - and located in the bigger cities (GTA). Seems like they would do good long term at this price with a nice yield? I am looking at a 5 year hold at minimum.

Q: Long Term Care and Seniors Residence in general are in the spot light demonstrating what perhaps many of us, still young seniors, know from looking after our parents in and around Seniors Residence.....that they are not desirable places to have to be. Even the high end residence the majority of seniors can not afford are difficult to staff and are still close quarters to one degree or another. That said, staying away from those places will be the preference of us who are getting up there. SIS devices will be in greater demand. Who are other companies to compete with SIS?
Sorry for being long winded.

Q: I currently own CAE in my TFSA and considering buying GDI but then I would be over exposed in the industrial sector in my TFSA but not overall in my portfolio. Would it be ok to buy this stock in my TFSA or should purchased in a RRSP or non RRSP as I have cash in all 3 account?
Thanks

Q: Peter, I am interested in buying into Lightspeed and Boyd Group in 2 or 3 tranches. Both companies have earnings coming up in the next couple of weeks. What are the expectations and would you be comfortable buying at these levels, or prefer waiting until after earnings? Thanks so much.

Q: You recently mentioned that it might be time to trim holdings in REAL because it has done so well. I thought your subscribers should be aware that following their recent results, analysts were unanimous in raising their forecasts and targets so this might further explain the strong performance of the stock. Stay safe.

Q: What did you think of their AGM? I love hearing what Mr. Leonard and gang have to say. Did you catch the part where Mr. Leonard talked about rewarding long term shareholders if they decide to commit long term - what do you think this means?
What would you think is a great price to pick up shares of CSU? I should have bought more when it was down around $1100.
PS - if you have a link to a transcript of the AGM can you post it? Thanks
