Q: Hi 5iResearch Team,
I have held a position on XTC for since late 2013 and currently breaking even. I am thinking of liquidating my position on XTC and move on to either New Flyer (NFI) (CCL Industries or CCL Industries (CCL.B). Your thoughts on this would be appreciated.

Q: I work lots of hours and am an emotional investor so I prefer to own funds in my portfolio.I want some international exposure and want to either invest in the Lorne Steinburg equity and junk bond fund or invest in the Edgehill Advantage funds both North America and international versions.Can you give me insight and your spin on this . Q: Since your last comment a month ago, there has been a flurry of news including several new purchase orders, a solid earnings release and this morning, FCC and IC approval for their In-vehicle cellular device. With this in mind, I would appreciate an update. While acknowledging that it still has a small market cap, is there potential for SIM to become a candidate for your growth portfolio.?

Q: A couple of others do not display above, MKZ.un, BSO, LCS & OSP. Is there a reasonable amount of safety in any of these Very High Di Payers? If a stock pays a Dividend > 8%....who cares if there is NO appreciation, as long as risk is limited.

Q: Rht has had a very big move lately. It appears they are adding about 2000 patients per month, 6000 total by 2017 year end and 30000 2018. I listened to the conference call and found it very compelling on all fronts. Can you take a new look at it please.

Q: Good Morning
My question is about which preferred shares can be classified as being part of a FIXED INCOME component of a portfolio.

1. Would you classify the rate reset preferreds as part of a fixed income portfolio?
2. Would you classify also the perpetual preferred shares as part of a fixed income portfolio?
3. Would you classify only the investment grade preferred shares as part of a fixed income portfolio (e.g banks and insurance companies) ?

Some analysts include only rate resets and not perpetuals as part of Fixed Income. Yet others only the investment grade preferreds as part of fixed income.

What is your opinion?
