Q: Hello Team, I have owned KRR for about 5-6 years, it's my one and only Gold stock and I keep it around 4% of my portfolio. Would you recommend continuing to hold and keeping the new merged company or selling and purchasing something else. I'm okay and prefer riskier companies that have good upside. Thanks.

Q: Hi team, what do you make of the big drop and then the nice recovery since the merger was announced.
Could that price action be based on some manipulation angle?
Do you see the KRR stock price going above $5.90 ? Also, do you see other bidders entering?
Thanks
Rob

Q: Would you consider this a strong buy at this time given the large arbitage spread. Offer price seems to be working put to around cad$5.90 plus the newco share and its trading around cad$5.17. Any comcerns?
Q: there are questions about if this new company will still trade on the TSX?can you clarify.
Also does this not need a vote from shareholders as well?

Q: Thoughts on this gold junior company with the runup in bullion?
Q: Your comments on the deal w/Westgold. Is it good for Karora shares holder? Should we sell, buy, hold and wait? Should we transfer to an other proxy? Your analysis will be appreciated.
Thanks

Q: Hi there, can you comment on the merits of KRR's news today?
Can you add any further information on Ramelius, its size, quality of assets, financials, etc?
Would this be a good fit for KRR scaling up, if it happens?
Any other rumors/speculation out there of someone else jumping in for KRR or other possibilities you feel would be better for KRR, your thoughts would be appreciated?
Thanks!

Q: Gold is at new highs but based on a review of recent answers, gold miners are not seeing share price appreciation because of the costs of production and other factors.
Are there any gold stocks that you think are worth buying?

Q: My allotment to precious metals is now down below my target of 5%. I need to add to bring up this part of my portfolio. I have a full position in AEM. Which of PAAS, SSRM, BTO, KRR or FNV should I add to at this time? Or do you have another precious metal company that would be appropriate at this time?
- Calibre Mining Corp. (CXB)
- K92 Mining Inc. (KNT)
- Orla Mining Ltd (OLA)
- Karora Resources Inc. (KRR)
- VanEck Junior Gold Miners ETF (GDXJ)
Q: 1. Most gold mining stocks are not going anywhere since 2020. I’m looking for juniors for possible growth. CXB is getting traction since its Marathon Gold acquisition. You have already suggested KNT, KRR, ORLA. I find ORLA interesting and many analysts follow it. Would you compare CXB with the other 3 for future growth?
2. Would you have a reference for ranking countries as per their “friendliness”/risk for mining companies, eg african, latin american ones.
3. Is GDXJ really represent “junior” miners ?
Merci, Denise

Q: I plan to add to my gold stock holdings as I have recently sold some bullion. I have concerns about unsafe jurisdictions such as Panama even though I would consider Franco-Navada because of its recent haircut.
May I have a couple of stocks in each of the small, mid and large cap size that are more politically secure and are quality companies?
With appreciation,
Ed

Q: Greetings:
If you were establishing a position in gold miners, which would it be with reasons. B2 has hardly come off it's low with a nice dividend, Why? Must be a reason. I have been following gold closely for 50 years, and usually it amounts to no more than the rate of inflation, even though people like your old boss Eric was calling for $5,000.00 gold 15 years ago. However, one shouldn't knock all that hot air because it made him many millions.
Thanks, Ben.

Q: Gold above $2050 would be bullish I think. Wondering what your thoughts are on this asset category at this time and looking for your top two large and small cap picks that would have torque to a higher gold price.
Also a comment on the dividend sustainability of B2 would be appreciated.
Thanks folks

Q: Jf Tardif - for whom you have endorsed in the past as a ‘smart guy’- was on Bnn today recommend his top 3 junior gold picks that should bounce back next year. His picks were as follows: KNT, ORE, AMC.
In your answer to yesterday’s question about your favourite junior golds, you mentioned: KNT, KKR, OLA.
What do you think of Tardif’s picks and how would you rank the 5 securities in order of preference? Thank you

Q: Hi there, could you please name your current top 3 stocks in the junior gold mining sector and why?
Thanks.
Thanks.
Q: I was very successful with my investment in Kirkland Lake Gold a few years ago, and I wonder if any of that success will rub off on these two junior golds, due to their connection to KL.
KRR just reported decent quarterly results, and I like the fact that Tony Makuch, the former CEO of KL has recently joined the board of KRR. I believe that Makuch played a major role in the success of KL, and I was disappointed when he was kicked out at AEM, probably because of a culture clash.
Eric Sprott has recently made a big purchase of NFG shares, to add to his already big holding. He also played a big part in the success of KL, I believe.
I'd be very interested in your take on these two companies.

Q: A little while ago a member asked about gold and these 3 companies were mentioned by you as potential to purchase. Comparing the 3, it seems that BTO is quite a bit more attractive....a good yield at 5 % (AGI is less than 1% and KRR is nil); BTO has about 1/2 the P / E and somewhat better P / B. Can you elaborate why the other 2 could be considered over BTO . Thanks
Q: Hello 5i,
Krr may have reported recently? What is your take on their progress? It seems that share count has gone up and margins worsened over the period. Revenue seems to be growing but earnings seem to be getting worse. Or is the company's more positive spin a better reflection of KRR's prospects? What are their all in costs of production. Is this improving? Is the management inexperienced? Hold or Sell?
TIA
