Q: I am currently overweight energy and under in real estate. Which of the above three should I trim or sell completely? It seems ENB is as much utility as Energy and it's rather flat, for me. Love all the Energy dividends. The sole Realty I have is DIR.UN which I'm happy with. Which Canadian REIT's would you suggest and would I be better with a US or European REIT? If so, with one(s)? Many thanks

Q: I was thinking about rounding out my materials sector for income and was disappointed about the special dividend offered compared to last year. Are they shorter on free cash this year?
Also where do you see natural gas prices going in 2024 as this of course will be tied to their profits and hence share price?
Do you have any other suggestions with a decent dividend other then AEM and LIF?
Thanks
Jeff

Q: What do you think about this ETF?
Q: Hello Peter and Staff
This pref has been hovering near par for sometime . I was wondering if it is because people feel it will be redeemed due to the high expected renewal rate ? Has the company published their intention and if not what do you feel might happen?
Thanks for all you do
Dennis

Q: Thanks for all of the great information you provide!
I have been fortunate enough to follow your information and belief in these three companies. I'm sure I am far from alone in having them make up a relatively large percentage of my portfolio due to their recent performance.
Should these 3 be considered separately or do I need to combine them as a percentage of my assets. I'm certain bad new for one will bring down the others at least temporarily but can they act on their own?
Thanks as always
Richard

Can you recommend some US growth options in either the consumer cyclical or healthcare sectors? I have a 5-10 year time range.

Q: Space X launched first methane=tracking satellite to orbit last week and its function is to track methane leaks/emissions from the energy business world wide. Canada, I believe, is among the top stewards of natural gas (and oil) extraction, and for example, ARC resources has engaged a Canadian company and AI to monitor its emissions at site level. I don't believe all US Natural gas extraction has similar programs in place. My Question - do you think there could emerge a significant gap in market price between Methane emitters, and those that don't on a relative basis. Note - first results from satellite to be made public available early summer. Thank you again for your great service.

Q: Hi Folks,
I have trimmed my position in ATD and CNR - I am thinking about adding to AMZN or VISA. May I have your opinion as to which one would be the better buy today? This would be in my TFSA.
Thanks
