Q: I am wanting to sell partial positions in each of these. They have become dangerously overweight in my portfolio and am looking to take profits in order to reinvest in other companies/sectors -- either in Canada or US. ADRs would also be acceptable. While I see huge growth in the technology sector, I think I would like to move away from it, since my weighting in this sector is also "dangerously overweight" ... at almost 25%.

(It's hard to move away from something that's giving you such good returns!)

1. Which 3 stocks might you suggest for equal/similar torque?

2. What is a good weighting for the above stocks? All of them have reached the 7 percent range, and even to me it sounds a bit risky.

Q: I own some KKR, which has done well, and have been considering either purchasing more of this or investing in another alternative asset manager - possibly Blackstone Group, or Carlyle Group (CG on the Nasdaq, although I was unable to bring this up on your system). All continue to have very good runs. Does a purchase in this group make sense to you at this point? If so, is there one member of the group, or a related company, that you would recommend?

Q: Tim Cook recenting made a planned stop in Toronto with Shopify CEO Tobias Lütke to look at Shopify's AR product. Should investors of Shopify read into any of this? Apple's largest aquistion of Beats $3 billion in 2014 would look small as the current market cap of Shopify is $12 Billion USD.
Maybe Apple is not looking to acquire Shopify, but it is a really great endorsement of what is to come from Shopify and that they will be a player in AR.

Q: I was looking through 5i to see if there were any updates on COR, but cannot find any reference to it when searching by symbol, or Question Text.
I know you have written about it somewhere, as I bought some shares as a result. Perhaps you mentioned it while answering a question on another company.
If this is the case, perhaps you could add "Answer Text" as part of your search function on the company questions.

Apart from that, you had recommended it because it had momentum. As seems to be usual, no sooner do I buy shares, than they lose momentum. What are your feelings about this company now?

Q: In Leon’s recent comment about CSU.DB he said “So if the rate of inflation is 2% greater then the yr before and is 3.8 % then it is 6.5+ 2 NOT 6.5 plus 3.8”. You agreed with him.

However, the CSU.DB short form prospectus says “at a rate equal to the Cost of LivingcAdjustment (as defined below) (which amount may be positive or negative) plus 6.5% (“Floating Interest ”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the interest rate applicable to the Debentures will at no time be less than 0%.”

The Cost of Living Adjustment is defined as “the annual average percentage change in the CPI Index during the 12 month period ending on December 31 in the prior year. For the 12 month period ending on December 31, 2014, the Cost of Living Adjustment was 2.0%.”

So in Leon’s example, the rate would be 6.5 plus 3.8.

The correct understanding of this point is of major importance to me, and maybe to others. Please check your answer to Leon carefully once again and let me know whether you stand by your earlier validation of his interpretation and if so, why.
