Q: Currently own CNR and am concerned about the KCS merger. Do you think the share price can recover IF the merger is approved? What if its not approved? Some major share holders think that CNR is taking a large risk and are over-paying/ My understanding is this decision could take up to a year to be decided. Would you SELL CNR and move to CP while this sorts out (no impact tax wise) or continue to HOLD until things get a little clearer to shareholders.

Q: Should I convert my closed end fund QBTC to the etf - BTCQ under the conversion privilege ending May 31?
I see it will be on a NAV to NAV basis but is there any advantage if this is periodically offered? Daily vol on QBTC is higher so is this the better trade?
And what is the current NAV for each?

Q: Hi 5i Team, I'm looking for a couple of suggestions on (very) good, general mutual funds in the mold -- if I can reveal my age -- of Bob Krembil's Trimark Fund in the '90s. Nothing country or sector specific, just a couple of funds that have exceptional management and consistently good returns. My wife has a small amount in a LIRA that warrants one or two mutual funds at the most (I like active management; I'm not a fan of ETF's for the most part). Q: Hi 5i,

I know you like TEAM and have been holding for a while (Thanks!). However, I'm beginning to worry that with CRM bulking up and trying to compete with MSFT in the enterprise collaboration space, that TEAM will start falling behind. Especially, as the other two do more and more acquisitions and bundling. Do you think that will be the case or do you think TEAM has still got good growth? I currently hold TEAM and MSFT. Should I continue to hold TEAM or maybe swap it out for CRM? (I also have ADBE and VEEV if that make any difference).

Q: Hi team,
This company is very successful in the percentage of drilled wells, has paid of a large portion of it's debt, pays a healthy 6.2% dividend and is now being recommended as a very undervalued play by Motley fool, but who is being "fooled" as the stock price languishes? Would you recommend entering at this price for a two to three year hold?
