Q: I have a 5% position in WSP and 2% in BOS and Im looking to add some industrial exposure. Would you add STN (has pulled back after today's quarterly results) or something else? Thanks, Neil
Q: Hi Team,
Following Canam last quarterly results or what look like a possible exit (or at least major repositioning) from the "Heavy Structural" Market and after the significant drop in the share price today in addition to the drop since the 32 millions hit announcement, it seems to me a good buying point to initiate a small position at the moment, what is your opinion towards taking a position in the company.
Was wondering if you could comment on Tier 1 Capital LP. Very small company, but was curious about your thoughts on the company's performance and the management team.
Q: In general, what do you think of the lithium space going forward and is there a particular company, Canada or US that you see as opportunistic.
Thanks

The latest financials came out as fairly decent however CXV has now lost another member of senior management. What do you make of all the uncertainty that follows this company in terms of leadership? I am well underwater in this company and would like to know what your thoughts are regarding continuing to hold this stock? Is it worth the wait or should I pursue other opportunities?
Q: This group currently is 16 % of an otherwise diversified portfolio (mostly ETFs representing global diversification), worth BAM (4%), BEP (4%), BIP (8%). BIP holding since its original spinoff. I am loath to trim any of these performers (isn't that a bit like pulling the flowers and watering the weeds?) - Long term comparative charts indicate that they are fairly correlated, however, so is my weighting in this group too big ?
Your team has the patience of saints !

Today, would you be a buyer of MST.UN? The RSI chart would indicate that it's close to the "oversold" category. It would be for my RRIF which contains a well-diversified mix of mainly your recommendations. The only other "real estate" holdings are a position in each of FCR and IIP.UN, and no direct participation in the US market.
I appreciate your opinion on this company. It seems to me that it has good earning growth, and many analyst have strong buy recommendation but shares have not been doing well recently. If I sell this company at a loss would you recommend any similar company with a better risk reward prospect? Thanks
