Q: I know mpcf is a start up but going forward long term do you feel a portfolio should have alternative holdings? And if so do you feel this etf might be a good way or could you suggest a better way and at what % to be ? Tk's Larry

Q: Hi 5i Team,
Easy question for you (hopefully!)....any reason why Viemed Healthcare trades on both the TSX & Venture exchanges simultaneously? I cannot seem to find any logical explanation for this. Is this not an arbitrage opportunity for investors? Thanks in advance for your response.

Q: Good day to all. I am looking for a few very good value stocks. It seems that many investors are beginning to do the same. I am well diversified so your answer could include any sector and dividends are not that important but would be a nice bonus.
Thank you
Have a great weekend

Q: Hello, I am a young retiree in my sixties I have a portfolio focused on growth while promoting dividends. I would like to add to the titles mentioned so that they reach 5% of the portfolio. Could you place them in order of preference according to these criteria with a horizon of 3 to 5 years. Feel free to suggest reducing or eliminate any of them to free some cash to add to others. Thank you
Q: I am looking to get exposure to developed UK, European, and Asian stocks in the healthcare, consumer defensive, consumer cyclical, and industrial sectors. I would like to avoid energy, minerals, utilities, and financial services because Canada has plenty of these. I have searched Morningstar for ETFs and Mutual Funds. I generally do not invest in Mutual funds, but this may be an exception. I have only found ZEQ (an ETF), which might fit the bill.
Any other suggestions?

Q: What's your view on Docusign?
Q: My non registered portfolio consists of blue chip dividend stocks and the goal is to keep the stocks forever and use the dividends only. I’d like to add BCE as the dividend is great, but I’m on the fence because it seems to have less growth going forward and more competition. What is the thesis for buying bce and what are the risks?

Q: How does it work that a Canadian co. trades in US $ on the TSX??
Q: With regards to Covalon and their contract with Saudi Arabia. They have stated that the current diplomatic squabble does not effect their business. Are you aware of any terms of the contract and/or delivery of product or payment schedule that has or is scheduled to happen? I'm just trying to determine if despite the rhetoric it's not effecting or delaying the terms of the contract.
Q: I realize these are U.S. companies but the NVDA vs. AMD semi-conductor showdown is one of the most interesting investing tilts on offer right now. I have held NVDA for several years. It's my largest holding and I am up 325% on it. It has been a gusher. It has routinely whipped AMD like a pinata. But has the tide turned? NVDA is "only" up 26% this year and is getting thrashed today, post earnings, for having the temerity to only post substantial gains in 5 of its 6 lines of business. Meanwhile AMD has nearly doubled YTD and is now a Seeking Alpha darling. NVDA is clearly a remarkable company but the fastest jet stalls out at some point in a vertical climb. Is it time to sell some or all of my NVDA stake? Given its sky-high valuation do I crystalize profits and redeploy? What's your reading on these two competitors today?
