Q: Hi 5i,
My understanding is that if I buy units in a flow-through shares partnership, I can’t sell them until they are rolled over into a mutual fund, 1-2 years after the partnership is established. My question is: if I were to buy the flow-through shares themselves, direct from the issuing company, would there be any similar minimum holding period, during which the shares would not be tradeable, or at least not without transferring away the flow-through tax benefit? Thanks!

Q: I own NMX warrants, expiring 8 July 2019. In the event of share dilution (such as with the just-announced bought deal), is there an anti-dilution provision? (i.e. a readjustment of the strike price)
Thanks!

Q: What are your thoughts on yamana gold notwithstanding your preference for B2, kl, and agnico. I understand yamana has diluted itself as well as put its focus on a single mine, as well as the brio disappointment, not to mention the price of gold which has languished. Yet.. with favourable gold seasonality approaching, and the backdrop of geopolitical issues, if this mid-tier stock were to move downward toward around perhaps $3.30 again could you make a case for purchase of yamana ?
