Q: Peter and Team:
I already hold TV in a basket of stocks primarily picked from your balanced portfolio. I am pretty much even since purchase.
What are your thoughts about a switch to Teck.b.
I realise it is a larger company and more diversified, but wonder if there is a big difference in risk/reward between the two.

Q: Could you help explain some of the factors that appeared to negatively impact earnings. ...derivatives, etc. They mentioned that there were also stock options that were not included in the calculations. Q: Hello team,

Since downgraded by BMO in Dec 2017, FR has fallen by almost 40%. I bought some at $8.80, knowing that you consider FR as a decent company. Since then the company acquired Primero (which you consider as a nice move) and also issued new debentures, which I think resulted in further weakness in the stock price. I have three questions for you:
1- Is the significant drop today (7%) market related or company specific?
2- What are their cash position and debt position now
3- At the current price, would you buy more if you had a 2.6% position?
I have no other exposure to metals/mining companies.

Q: What do you think of this company?

They seem to have a clean technology for extracting lithium and have been buying other companies that have claims in northern quebec.

Would you consider this a good buy at this time considering the drop in the share price this week?

Q: Hi team,
Why is the price of gold not reacting strongly if inflation seems to be brewing?In particular with B2gold set to produce close to a million ounces in 2018 would not it's stock price reacting more positively to the upside? What is your outlook for both ,gold and B2gold over the next 12 to 18 months? Is now the time to purchase BTO?
