Q: watching these two companies share price roll over - i see a comment on PBH about quarter coming and market worried, but isn't this more about heavy debt loads whose share prices have done extremely well and the ramifications of higher rates? PBH has $480M of debt! BYD $250M

Q: "Valentine's Day"for many market darlings including the FAANG & its can.equivalent,the DOCKS(per Ryan).Amongst the wreckage,PHO stood out as a winner,up 5.46%.Premarket today PBH announced purchase of 62.6% of Yorkshire Valley Farms.But it dropped 3.45% today.Your take. Q: I hear lot of positives about this company from news and other researchers online. The financial metrics look pretty. Im assuming they are in to setting up contact centers/BPOs and providing services related to it. There are several players in this industry/sector but they seem to have some edge/advantage and that shows up in financials. What's that special advantage or moat that they have which makes their clients stick to them? Or is there something to do with their pricing model ?
