Q: Tax Q - Are distributions from a money market ETF like ZMMK taxed as income or dividends?
If it's income, are there any tax differences in picking the Canadian ZMMK vs BIL, which is a US name?

Q: With the sell-off and resultant higher yields on bonds, what are a few bond ETFS that I might consider as a short term park for money in registered accounts. Maybe there are bonds I could buy? They are hard to get some times on my bank platform: CIBC Investors Edge.
I have not owned any bonds for a very long time. Prefer dividend growth stocks.

Q: I'm looking to park some cash and let it earn some interest. My bank doesn't offer any meaningful savings interest rate and I'm not interested in a GIC. Can you please recommend a couple of money market funds or ETFs I could buy through my non-registered iTrade account.
Q: Hi,
Can you offer your words of wisdom about this product. I don't see any questions this when I searched your archives. Came across this product some time ago when a guest on BNN mentioned this.
Is this a safe place to park my USD (iTrade allows me to hold USD) Are thee any other products that are similar and less expensive? It's MER is 0.12 according to Horizon's website.
Is this okay to hold them in both registered and non registered accounts? With the long anticipated pullback on its way, I thought parking cash in USD is a way to go. Plus USD seems to weakening and may be worthwhile to buys some now?
As always many thanks in advance.

Q: I have a few questions about money market ETFs and high interest savings ETFs. Can you suggest one or two MM ETFs or HIS ETFs? Additionally, do they have monthly interest distributions and experience daily price changes? Do these distributions count as taxable interest? Are they available for purchase without charges and do they have management expenses (MERs)? Lastly, are these ETFs tradeable daily with high liquidity?

Q: Selling US securities held in my RIF I need to find a temporary home for US cash pending reinvestment.
I can't seem to find an ETF similar to Purpose (PSU.U) listed in the US. Am I missing something?
Thanks
